Our tool uses artificial intelligence algorithms to select significantly associated markers with the examined traits. In contrast to classic statistical methods, our model takes into account multifactorial interactions between markers and phenotype. As a result, the marker-trait relation can be extracted even from very noisy data.

In addition, our solution significantly reduces computational costs and improves the quality of the analysis. The key information on the marker-trait relation is discussed in a comprehensive analytical report.
